Tracy Gardner is the office manager of Morley & McConkie LC. She graduated from Dixie State College in 1998 with an Associates of Science Degree with an emphasis in Accounting. She has been in the real estate industry since 1997.
She started her career as an escrow officer and after 12 years expanded her expertise into the mortgage lending area when she became a mortgage loan processor. In 2012, she once again broadened her capabilities by entering the appraisal industry at Morley & McConkie. She has been a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women for 12 years, and served as the president from 2006 to 2008.
