Jarad Bailey is a recent graduate of Dixie State University where he received his Degree in Business Administration. Before coming to Morley & McConkie he had worked in a variety of construction and automotive based industries.
Jarad has been training with Morley & McConkie and completing his appraisal education over the past three years. He has completed all his required experience hours and only has one more class to finish up before being eligible to sit for the state licensing exam. Jarad has been working closely with Jeff Morley in the residential department throughout most of his training process and is familiar with most residential property types throughout the different sub-markets of southern Utah.
